Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog Pose): Stretches shoulders, hamstrings, calves, and strengthens arms and legs. Virabhadrasana I, II, III (Warrior Poses I, II, III): Strengthens legs, arms, shoulders, and improves focus and balance. Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation): A sequence of 12 poses that provide a full-body workout, improve flexibility, and increase circulation.
